Ages 14 to 21 years
(Payable in annual installments of $50 or more over 8 years)
Silver Life $1,000
(Payable in annual installments of $100 or more over 10 years)
Gold Life $2,000
(Payable in installments of $200 or more over 10 years)
Available only to fully paid Silver Life Members
Diamond Life $3,000
(Payable in installments of $300 or more over 10 years)
Available only to fully paid Gold Life Members
Corporate Life $5,000
(Payable in annual installments of $500 or more over 10 years)
